MARGARET INC.

Empowering women through education, leadership development, and community
engagement.

Margaret-Inc is an organization that focuses solely on empowering women so that they have the skills and confidence to realize the greatness that is within them.

Every woman knows the impact that they make in our society, communities, companies, and families. Women bring an essential perspective to an organization that enables it to achieve ambitious goals. However, women can also face some unique challenges.

Margaret-Inc was founded by Margaret D’Arrigo-Martin, a woman who has made an impact in her community and globally on her industry. She understands the business and cultural dynamics faced by women and knows that there are no barriers that cannot be overcome.

Margaret recognized a need, and as she always does, she jumped in and worked to find a solution. That solution is Margaret-Inc. Participants in the Margaret-Inc. program will benefit from one-on- one mentoring and years of personal, hands-on experience Margaret brings to the relationship. You will learn practical tools and valuable techniques that will serve you a lifetime in the corporate world and beyond.

Margaret-Inc. will manage the new IMPOWER non-profit in 2018 and introduce a new exciting Mentor Mapping Program for women.
